Deportivo Jalapa (Nicaragua)
The club rose relatively quickly in Nicaraguan football and claimed its championship during its time in the professional ranks. Like many smaller or provincial sides in the country, it struggled with financial and organizational sustainability and ultimately dissolved after roughly 13 years of existence.
Nicaraguan club football has historically been dominated by a handful of long-standing teams (notably Diriangén FC and Real Estelí), while many others have come and gone due to economic difficulties, limited infrastructure, and the challenges of maintaining professional operations outside the capital or major cities.
