Rainbow FC (South Sudan)

Whilst finding a Forgotten Football Club from South Sudan was very challenging,  one club did come to my attention. Rainbow FC.

Referenced in player accounts as active in the mid-2010s is Rainbow FC (based in South Sudan’s first division around 2016). A South Sudanese player described signing with it upon returning home, only for training sessions to be interrupted by gunfire amid conflict, illustrating the severe disruptions many clubs faced. Specific long-term status details for Rainbow FC after that period are sparse in public sources, consistent with the broader pattern of instability affecting smaller or less-resourced teams
